Supporting ACP

Supporting ACP is a high-leverage way for philanthropies and mission-driven investors to accelerate the climate transition in the regions where emissions are growing fastest, and where the impacts of climate change will be most acutely felt.

ACP is supported through a mix of philanthropic grants and catalytic investment, which it uses to mobilize a significant multiplier on each dollar contributed, generating:

Climate Impact

Reducing global emissions by accelerating the deployment of climate-related projects and businesses at scale

Social Impact

Promoting inclusive growth, quality jobs, and access to resilient energy and infrastructure in underserved communities

Market Impact

Advancing innovation and new models for climate and development finance that unlock the power of markets and create long-term systems change beyond philanthropic support. This approach is central to each of ACP’s catalytic funds and to its engagement with large-scale institutional partners.

ACP has formal partnerships with leading public institutions, including AfDB, BII, FMO, IDB Invest, IFC, and Proparco, as well as strategic partnerships for Asia with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and Temasek, and for Africa with FSDAi.
