Sunay Gupta
Sunay is an energy engineer and climate investor with over a decade of experience deploying capital across the energy and climate value chain. His work spans venture, growth and infrastructure - through equity, debt, and fund structures - across Europe, India, Southeast Asia and Africa.
Previously, Sunay led global climate investments at Sagana, a Swiss multi-family office. Prior to that, he invested in clean energy at Swedfund, the Swedish development finance institution.
Sunay holds dual master's degrees — an MS in Renewable Energy Science & Technology from École Polytechnique, Paris, and an MS in Energy Innovation from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm — alongside a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi.
